Tamara Riley Wyman, an Adjunct Professor of Piano at Nebraska Wesleyan University, accompanies the choir during rehearsals each week and during performances.
Mrs. Wyman has served as a coach and musical assistant in the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Opera Theater. In 1993, she appeared as the pianist for the Junior High School Honors Choir at the American Choral Directors Association National Convention. In 2000, she was the pianist for the Mid-West organization of American Kodály Educators Honors Choir.
She also accompanies the Nebraska Wesleyan University Choir, and the Nebraska Wesleyan Choir Camp. She has accompanied for such noted choral professionals as Mary Goetze, Anton Armstrong, Paul Salamunovich, Jean Ashworth Bartles, and Elaine Quilichini. In the spring of 2004, she served as pianist for the National Youth Choir appearing at the Organization of Kodály Educators National Convention.
After graduation from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1980, she did further study at the Eastman School of Music. She has completed a master's degree, and the course work for a doctorate in Piano Performance at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She served on the faculty and has appeared on the concert series at Rocky Ridge Music Center in Estes Park, Colorado.
